AS and IGCSE Results: November 2018
            Print Page

Of the five candidates who wrote in November 2018, all passed, but only one achieved a Matric with Exemption. We congratulate Matthew Kirkman on achieving an exemption, and on his A result for Afrikaans (2017).

The other four candidates need to rewrite some subjects in May in order to upgrade their Matric Certificates to an Exemption.

Congratulations to Johan Mostert, a Grade 11 pupil who achieved an A result in Afrikaans at AS Level.

Altogether 25 subjects were written at AS level (2018). Of these 13 (52%) achieved grades A-D (required for a Matric exemption).

Of the two candidates who wrote in November 2018, only one achieved symbols A-C (required to be able to continue to Grade 12).

Of the 9 subjects written at IGCSE level, 6 (67 %) achieved a C or higher.

These results are not the best we've had, but we hope that those who did not make it in the October/November session will be able to improve their marks sufficiently in May/June 2019 to upgrade their results. Your success is just a little delayed - but it is still within your reach, so be encouraged!

A special thank-you to all the parents, who faithfully supported and encouraged their children.

Most of all we thank the Lord, Who has given us the opportunity to study and do well, and has helped our pupils to be faithful in their studies.
